What
kind of people join the program?
People just like you! Some of our clients just need to jump start their
fitness and wellness program. Some are tired of the same old routine
and are looking for a new challenge and refreshing way to stay fit.
Most of our clients have some history of exercise, but it's not required.
We make the program just right for your ability level. Remember, ALL
FITNESS LEVELS ARE ACCEPTED AND ENCOURAGED!
What if my friend wants to join me for
a day?
Great! We would love to have them join us! Friends are welcome to pop
in for a day and try out the program. We only require a consent waiver
be filled out prior to their complimentary session. Complimentary sessions
are limited to one session per person.
How many people are in each program?
This number varies from 4-6 students per session. While a group program
adds a sense of excitement and camaraderie, we like to keep a limit
to the number of clients in order to sustain a concentrated trainer
to client ratio.
What is a typical day like at Brave Agility?
We don't have typical days -- if you want the same routine day after
day, then you would probably want to join a high-priced fitness center.
You can expect a mixture of cardio exercises, running, resistance training,
jumping rope, and sports-related games. Each day is designed to be fun
and different, but never boring!
What if I don't/can't run?
Running is a great cardio exercise, but we will never force you to run.
However, we do expect you to keep moving! We encourage you to power
walk to build up your stamina. Soon enough you'll be jogging and then
running.
Will I be sore?
Many clients feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that,
it is slight to moderate. It's all part of the process of improving
your physical condition! BE BRAVE AND LOVE THE BURN!
How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as 3 days. Visual
improvement can take from 2 to 4 weeks depending on your effort level.
It's not uncommon to see as much as 2-5 pounds of weight loss after
the first week (if you continue to eat healthy – consult with
Courtney to sign up for a nutrition plan today!).
Results are guaranteed!!! But remember, every individual is different
and will experience different results when participating in Brave Agility.
If you want to lose weight and are under 18, pregnant, nursing, following
a diet recommended by a doctor, have health problems or want to lose
more than 30 pounds, see a doctor before starting Brave Agility.
What happens if it rains?
We are continually monitoring the weather and will contact all students
prior to scheduled session time, in the event of inclement weather.
